You can keep your HLTH Band on most of the time, including; sleeping, showers, washing dishes, ice baths, cold weather, workouts, and hot weather. However, saunas and steam rooms may damage the sensor, so it's best to remove it.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required to use the Band or access your raw data.
Is the HLTH band waterproof?
Yes. The HLTH Band is IP68 rated–meaning it's 1. Dustproof 2. Water-resistant up to 1 meter (3.2 feet) for up to 2 hours Perfect for showers, swimming, and workouts without interruptions.
Will this fit my wrist size?
The band features an adjustable strap that fits up to 24cm (9 inches) comfortably. Can also be worn on your ankles within same measurements.
